Psychology Application

Application to the Department of Psychology requires both an application to the UGA Graduate Admissions Office (the office that oversees all graduate applications to all departments across the entire university) and a supplemental application to the Department of Psychology.

The supplemental application may be downloaded from this site using Adobe Acrobat. Please print out and mail with your application.

If you cannot download the files, you may obtain them by contacting Ms. Elizabeth Davis at gradpsyc@uga.edu (give complete name and address) or write:

Application packages should contain the following items:

    1. Supplemental application
    2. Unofficial GRE scores. Official GRE scores must be reported directly to the graduate office.
    3. Optional: copies of theses, paper presentations, publications or other evidence of scholarly or professional work.

and should be sent via postal mail or parcel post to :

Please note: Three reference letters are also required by the department, but they are submitted through the Graduate School application: List the names of recommenders in the fields on page three of the Graduate School application along with their e-mail addresses. They will receive a link to access a secure page where they can submit your recommendation quickly and easily via the Web.
