Welcome
to the UGA Department of Psychology!

The Department regrets to announce that Professor Michael Kernis passed away April 23 after a long illness. A memorial service will be held Friday May 8 at 5:00 PM at the chapel at the Botanical Gardens in Athens. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a gift are asked to contribute to a fund for a speaker for the "Michael Kernis Memorial Lecture" Go to the Psychology Fund and under Notes add "In memory of Mike Kernis." Or a check made out to "Arch Foundation," with "Psychology Fund, in memory of Mike Kernis" written on it or in a note can be sent to the Arch Foundation, Milledge Centre, Suite 100,392 S. Milledge Avenue, Athens, GA, 30602.
