2007 Be a Santa To A Senior Program

The gerontology students and faculty at The University of Georgia are participating in a community service program, “Be a Santa to a Senior,” organized by Home Instead Senior Care.   This year is our third year to participate in this collection of gifts for elders in need.

We will also be participating in the gift wrapping party which will be held at the Athens Community Council on Aging on Dec. 12 from 4 to 6 PM.

Please take a few minutes this holiday season to donate some gifts to this great cause. Collection boxes will be set up in many campus buildings, or you can drop items off at the Institute.
