New Attendance Policy

As you all know, there is a new attendance policy in affect for the props crew. You are allowed up to three (3) tardies. After three, for every five (5) minutes that you are late, you will miss a football game. There will be some extenuating circumstances. If you are NOT signed up for the band class and will be late to practice due to another class, that is ok. If you need to take a day off, you will need to talk to all the members and see if they approve your absence. We're all students and we all understand that each of us will need to have time off occasionally for school work. Family emergencies are also excusable. However, just be careful and remember to call someone if you know you might be late.

New Game Day Policy

No one will be allowed to get any of their friends or family members in any games. No exceptions. Security at games is tighter than it has been in the past, and this priviledge has been abused in the past. We will not be ordering extra shirts for guests to use to get into games. If your guest has a ticket, they are more than welcome to come visit with you, as long as you are NOT on the field.

New Uniform Policy

The uniform for this year has been changed. We will be wearing a grey polo shirt that reads "Redcoat Band Props" and khaki pants. Unlike in the past, everyone will have to wear pants. If there is to be a change in the uniform, it must be discussed with the whole group (such as wearing shorts). This is to present a much more professional, uniform appearance while we are at games. The shirts and jackets from previous years are no longer considered appropriate game day wear. If you do not get an official Props Crew jacket, you will not be allowed to wear any other type of jacket during the colder games.

Important Announcements!

Band Members: Please remember to remove all pieces of your trash (paper or friends) from the practice field.

Also, please make sure you have your music placed in the music boxes before Nicole starts tieing down the music boxes. If you don't, you will be required to take it home with you, feed it, and sleep with it until the next time we have rehearsal.

Please place your drill charts back in their appropriate boxes. Patrick will attack you if you don't. He doesn't like picking up after you either.
