COURSE DESCRIPTION:  A critical study of the Philosophy of Religion concerning the nature and functions of religions, their worldviews and ways of life and the role of experience and reason in justifying religious credibility.

REQUIREMENTS:  Read text according to sequence as indicated on course outline; class discussion and participation; two exams over text and class lectures - mid-term and final; final grade will be based on exams, class participation, and any special assignments as context applies.   All academic work much meet the standards contained in ÒA Culture of HonestyÓ; regular and prompt attendance is expected.
