Many of us find ourselves in a location where we do not have ready access to a library with an extensive scientific journal collection; this makes keeping up on the latest scientific developments in a timely manner difficult. The objective of this portion of the website is to identify selected recent (2002) scientific publications on root and tuber crops. The information is accessed by clicking on the common name of the crop of interest (below). Within a crop, journal articles are listed in alphabetical order based upon the author(s) and provide the title, journal, volume and pages. Abstracts are not included. Obtaining additionally information on an article requires finding a library or individual that subscribes to the journal, accessing an abstracting service or requesting a reprint from the author(s) of the article. When available, the language in which the article is published is provided and the title translated/transliterated into English.

To begin, click on the common name of the crop of interest (below). In some instances, there may have been no publications on a particular crop last year. If we have omitted scientific articles that would be included, we would appreciate receiving the information from you.
