C. Donald Johnson, former U.S. congressman and ambassador in the Office of United States Trade Representative, serves as Director of the Dean Rusk Center—International, Comparative, and Graduate Legal Studies, and is responsible for the management and direction of the Center.

Gabriel M. Wilner, Charles H. Kirbo Professor of International Law, is Associate Dean and Executive Director of the Dean Rusk Center—International, Comparative, and Graduate Legal Studies. He serves as the Director of the Graduate Legal Studies program.

María Eugenia Giménez is Rusk Center Associate Director. Ms. Giménez organizes and directs international joint research projects as well as programs for faculty and student exchanges and Georgia Law's Global Internship Program. She leads the International Judicial Training Program, which trains judges and court personnel from other countries in the areas of judicial administration, court technology, and continuing judicial education.

André B. Barbic became Assistant Director in January 2006. He assists in management of the Dean Rusk Center as well as with the development of organizational linkages and with increasing student involvement in and public awareness of the Rusk Center's work. Mr. Barbic supervises publications and develops initiatives for overall institution-building at the Center. He administers Rusk Center conferences, as well as the Georgia Law Summer Program in China, which he helped to establish.

April Macáková recently joined the Center to serve as Office Manager. She provides active support for Rusk Center projects and manages the office.

Rebecca Fameree recently joined the Center to serve as Administrative Associate. She provides active support for the Graduate Legal Studies program and other Rusk Center projects.

Paige Otwell, Graduate Legal Studies Associate, holds a B.S. from the University of Wyoming and J.D. from the University of Georgia, worked as Consultant to the Carter Center, and currently is an Attorney at the Athens-Clarke County Solicitor's Office. Ms. Otwell works directly with LL.M. students to provide academic support.
