1.  Social event

Tim spoke to SNU.  They are open to the idea of a social event.  We need to
pick a date.  We discussed setting this up to coincide with Alumni weekend.
Teela needs to check with Audra regarding this.

2. Movie night

John spoke with Flicker regarding booking dates.  Several movie ideas were
presented.  In a fit of optimism, we considered having two movie nights.
John will select one of the suggested movies based on availability and
confirm a date with Flicker.  We are hoping for a date in the week of Mar.
20-24.

3. Alumni week

Teela spoke to Audra regarding the Alumni week tour.  Audra would like us to
commit to doing the tour ASAP.  Teela will check whether our tour conflicts
with Professor Fergusson's storm water management tour.  If the two tours
are/can be made distinct enough, then we will commit to doing the tour.  We
will try to get SEEDS membership involved in the tour, perhaps having a
different person presenting at each site.  Potential time for the tour is
Sat. April 8 at 2:30.

4.   Speaker Event

Tammy spoke with Kevin Kirsche from facility management.  He said he would be
happy to give a talk (on rain gardens?).   We decided to try to book this for
Feb. 28, Mar. 1, or Mar. 2, at 12.  Tammy will check which dates work best
for Kevin.  Tammy will book a room (hopefully SLC) that is free from plumbing
distractions.

5.  Privet Pull - Tanyard Creek

Tammy spoke with Dexter Adams (Grounds Department).  He was delighted with
the idea and told us to set a date and they would help as much as possible.
We decided to have this event on Mar. 25th.

6.  Other

Alfie mentioned the Greenprints conference Mar.23-24.  See Southface.org for
details.

Teela requested comments on the website by next week so that she can re-work
it.
