1. Lecture
Tammy had not received confirmation from Kevin Kirsche for this event as of
the meeting.  However, late breaking news informs that this talk will be held
on March 2 at noon.

2.  Privet Pull
This event is confirmed for March 25.
- Tammy will handle publicizing the event
- Jon will attempt to procure community donation of work gloves (Home
   Depot/Lowes)
- We will all attempt to get professors to give extra credit to students who
   attend for any applicable classes that we know of
- We decided to get before and after pics for the website/alumni tour
- We decided to provide coffee and donuts as an incentive.  Although it was
   not discussed at the meeting, I move for acquisition of chocolate cake
donuts.

3.  Movie night
- we hope to have the event at Flicker on Mar. 22nd at 7:30.  There was a
   snag in that Flicker will not allow anyone under 21 to attend.  Jon is
attempting to negotiate this point and will look for an alternative location
if we can't find a way to include our younger audience.
- we decided to go ahead with Kilowattours as the movie and Jon is looking
   into having the rental fee waived.

4.  Alumni tour
This event is confirmed for April 8 at 3:00.
- there was discussion over which places to visit.  We need to find some in
   the know speakers for each spot
- Tammy will talk to Tim Carter about the green roof
- Tammy will talk to Kevin Kirsche about the cistern stuff at SLC
- Tammy will see if she has a good contact for Tanyard Creek
- Tim will scout out the reseeding project and see if it is worthy of tour
   inclusion
- Teela will talk to Scott Simpson about the South Campus redevelopment
- Teela will try to get a speaker for  the garden near the
   ecology building
- Teela will talk to Audra about having a van available for the return trip
- we decided to have refreshments at some part of the tour

5. Alumni week social event
This event is confirmed for April 8 at 4:00.
- we discussed which game to play.  Frisbee (or a variation thereof) narrowly
   beat out flag football as the event of choice in a 5-0 vote.
- Tim will confirm whether or not there will be a big tent in the middle of
   the field during said game.

6.  Alfie solicited student involvement in hiring process for new professors.

7.  Teela will send out a general email to SEEDS membership announcing
upcoming events.
