There are two standing committees within the Legislative Branch:
Senate Finance Committee is responsible for supervising the finance process and is chaired by the Treasurer, the Finance Director, and five Senators. It revises and approves all expenditures and maintains an active balance sheet to reflect the state of the budget.
Rules Committee is responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of the legislative process. It corrects all semantic errors in proposed legislation, sets agenda for each session of the Senate, catalogs all legislation presented before the Senate, and rectifies the Constitution in accordance with approved Constitutional amendments.
