The Judicial Branch applies the laws to uphold the Constitution of SGA.
The Supreme Court, made up of Chief Justice, Associate Justices, and Secretary of the Court, has jurisdiction over different cases presented in SGA such as alleged violations of the Constitution and of the Code of Ethics. The Supreme Court also has the power to expel a member from office if there is a majority vote for it.
