Article I: The name of this organization shall be SPUGA (Social Psychologists at the University of Georgia)
Article II: Membership shall be open to any persons affiliated with the social psychology program at the University of Georgia.
Article III: The purpose of SPUGA shall be to promote interaction with the social psychology program and to secure a fund for a set of journals for the social psychology program.
Article IV: Dues shall be twenty dollars per year.
Article V: SPUGA shall elect a President, Treasurer, and Secretary every Spring.
