The Ecological
Stewardship Group supports the research of graduate students. The students
participate in the SREL
Education Program which provides research support for the students
who conduct full-time thesis or dissertation research. One or more members
of the Ecological Stewardship Faculty may serve on each student's advisory
committee. Students most often come from the University of Georgia.
However, in the past, students have come from other institutions. Ecological
Stewardship Group students pursue degrees in many areas including cell
and molecular biology, systematics and ecology. The members of the Ecological
Stewardship faculty are always eager to include highly qualified and
motivated students in the program. Visit our students' homepages to
learn more about them and their research interests.
