OBJECTIVES

I. Assess the current state of recovery of a post-thermal stream by comparing macroinvertebrate faunal assemblages, organic matter availability and instream structural complexity in impacted and reference systems.
II. Evaluate the importance of thermally induced stream physical biotic changes in altering current macroinvertebrate structural and functional relationships.
