Your SREL sponsor will request that you provide the following information so that a visitor's badge may be issued to you:

• Your full name (including middle name)
• Your university affiliation and department or the name of your company, other organization, or agency
• The dates of your visit (maximum will be 10 days per calendar year)
• The reason for your visit
• The specific places on the SRS that you will visit (your sponsor should be able to provide this information)
• Are you a U.S. citizen? (if you are not a U.S. citizen, the badging process takes significantly longer)
• Your SREL sponsor and escort while you are on the SRS
• You will need to provide two forms of identification from the list of acceptable documents. One must be a photo ID.
