Belodina

Species

Belodina confluens Sweet, 1979
Occurrence: Edenian - Maysvillian
Reference: Sweet, 1979
Includes form-species: similar to B. compressa, but with a ratio of 1 eobelodiniform element to 7 grandiform and compressiform rastrate elements. Note that forms in the Cincinnatian Series previously assigned to Belodina compressa belong to the species Belodina confluens. Belodina compressa is limited to pre-superbus strata.
