Species

Corynotrypa delicatula (James, 1878)
Occurrence: Fulton, Economy, Southgate, McMicken, Mount Hope, Fairmount, Bellevue, Corryville, Mount Auburn, Arnheim, Waynesville, Liberty, Whitewater, Elkhorn
Reference: Dalvé, 1948; Taylor and Wilson, 1994
Originally Hippothoa delicatula; Includes Stomatopora proutana S.A. Miller (1882), Ropalonaria pertenuis, Stomatopora tenuissima, Stomatopora delicatula
Characterized by narrow and very long zooids, with side branches characterized by noticeably short zooids

Occurrence: Bellevue, Corryville, Mount Auburn, Arnheim, Waynesville, Liberty, Elkhorn
Reference: Anstey and Wilson, 1996; Taylor and Wilson, 1994
Originally Alecto inflata; Includes Hippothoa inflata, Stomatopora inflata, Corynotrypa curta, Corynotrypa medialis, and Corynotrypa inflata
Lacks the very long zooids and distinctive branches in C. delicatula
