Phosphannulus

Phosphannulus is placed within the order Hyolithelminthes by Welch, 1976. Its higher taxonomic status is uncertain, but is listed here with the polychaetes, as are several other forms of uncertain taxonomic affinity.

Occurrence: Liberty
Reference: Warn, 1974; Welch, 1976
Recognized by swellings on crinoid stems (Warn, 1974 reports it on Cincinnaticrinus), filled with a flanged phosphatic funnel
