The Department of Student Affairs Assessment believes it is imperative to inform students of how their participation in assessment initiatives impacts their educational experience at UGA. To that end, DSAA established a campaign intended to increase students’ awareness.
“Your Voice Has Been Heard” is the campaign’s slogan and derives from the belief that students’ voices are a valuable part of the decisions Student Affairs makes regarding the programs and services it offers to students. Throughout the year, DSAA will identify and communicate to students through various avenues examples of how information collected from students has been used to enhance their educational experience.
Here are a few examples of how Your Voice Has Been Heard...
• Based on your feedback, more fitness space and an additional strength and conditioning area were created at Ramsey.
• Based on fitness class surveys, an All-Access Pass was created to provide you with a more flexible exercise program.
• Based on your feedback, GORP increased its program offerings from 21 in fall 2007 to 52 in fall 2009.
