About Student Affairs at UGA Griffin

The Student Affairs Office is responsible for planning and coordinating all Student Affairs programs and services for UGA students taking courses on the Griffin campus.  The Assistant Director of Student Affairs at UGA Griffin collaborates extensively with the University staff in Athens, and the faculty and staff in Griffin to provide appropriate services and programs for UGA Griffin students. 

Programs, services and reference information managed by or provided by through the Office of Student Affairs for UGA Griffin include:

  • Student financial aid
  • Student and faculty/staff identification cards (UGA Card)
  • Constitution and History testing
  • Student death response
  • Counseling referral
  • Disability services
  • Career services
  • Student Code of Conduct administration
  • University and course withdrawals after the midpoint
  • Student leadership, including activities and organizations
  • Recreational sports and fitness activities
  • Freedom of expression and on-campus fundraising policies
  • Student handbook
  • Study Abroad
  • Registrar services
