Staff Development Assessment
The Division of Student Affairs is committed to creating a satisfying work environment where every employee is afforded the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. To this end, it is critical that we assess the needs and desires of our staff to determine how best to serve them. In September 2005 we developed and distributed the survey to full-time staff of the Division of Student Affairs. We learned quite a bit and plan to continue to assess our work as a whole as well as the individual events we sponsor.
