programs that facilitate
professional
development, skill
development, and

development. Our objectives
are to: |
- Increase the effectiveness of our departments and the Division as a whole by empowering employees through education and training;
- Recognize and celebrate, formally and informally, the outstanding accomplishments and efforts of Student Affairs staff;
- Foster a supportive, friendly, and respectful community among staff;
- Identify and address issues and trends of common interest to staff;
- Facilitate the process of staff sharing professional knowledge, expertise, and resources with other staff.
SAIL is co-chaired by Dr. Jan Davis Barham, Assistant to the Vice President for Assessment and Staff Development, and Leslie Atchley, Coordinator of Assessment and Staff Development. Its members include:
