TECA
The Technology Education Collegiate Association (TECA) is a student organization open to undergraduate and graduate students preparing for service as Technology Education teachers. Students enrolled in the Technological Studies program at the University of Georgia are encouraged to become members and participate in the organization's professional and service projects.
MISSION The mission of UGA TECA
is to prepare Technology Education teachers for the task of promoting
technological literacy. Through community and professional involvement
members gain leadership skills, curriculum development and professional
contacts. By becoming involved in TECA, students are given the
opportunity to promote Technology Education and prepare for its future.
