The UGA Student Technology Fee

Plant Sciences offers an instructional and study lab, paid for entirely by Student Technology Fees. Supported by the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Office of Information Technology, the lab is used by students in the department who need access to discipline-specific software. Student Technology Fee funding has also provided a fully accessible workstation in this lab for those who may have special needs.

The room is equipped for state-of-the-art teaching as well, and is staffed by student workers, who are also paid through Student Technology Fee funds, when not being used as a classroom.
