      Sunday, January 18th- Race supported by Gym Dawgs for Athens regional breast cancer

      Monday 19th- MLK; 4:00 (gym dogs meet; wear pink!)
      Feb 8th, Lady Dawgs Basketball game. Players will be wearing pink jerseys (wear pink!)
      Banner competition supporting breast cancer- Create by Feb 5th; Winner receives $200 towards philanthropy
    • Global LEAD: New study abroad program; 6 weeks in South Africa in Cape Town; Humanitarian work, and adventure; Same people who started HERO started this program; Contact Meagan Breslin for reference (ambassador); Class credit; 500+ students. Beach, dive, 4 day safari..Sounds AMAZING!

  • Development:
  • Inactivity forms: if you’re still thinking about becoming inactive, put forms in box by next week.
  • VPE:
    • Freshmen must stay after Chapter and sign loyalty cards.
  • VPM:
    • Spring Recruitment is Saturday 31-Sun Feb 8; Freshmen and Sophomores will participate. Email excuses to aml@uga.edu; Don’t email to Caroline!
    • Email if you know people who are going through recruitment!!!! Tell a bit about them.
    • Workshop-Sun, Jan 25rd (after formal); Freshmen come at 1:00, everyone else at 2:00
      Last basketball game wed at 5:30 against KD

  • VPR:
    • Facebook is only precaution; won’t look at them, but just be careful.
  • VPPH:
    • Send in ideas of things to get involved in outside Greek system.
  • Social:
    • SAE social cancelled; Rescheduled for the week after Chi Phi
    • Formal will be at the Georgian from 9:00 am-12:00 pm.
    • Freshmen: meet at the house on Friday at 4:30 with your dates; Be dressed and ready to go because you will go to dinner right after!
    • Use Anthony Cab! 706-351-3954; He will run from 8-1
  • T-Shirt chairmen:
    • Proof for tacky wedding (long sleeve American apparel) is up for $11; Christmas cocktail is yet to come; pick up bid day pictures; there are some extras from 2007…pick them up!
  • VPF:
    • Need help with organizing test files
    • No skippy buckets are on water fountain
    • Email Georgia Evert if you are in a large class and would like to get a study group together.
  • Facility Manager: Freshmen-turn in forms and get them notarized.
  • Other:
    • Extra Special People: Program will be holding a pagaent to raise money for kids to go to summer camp; Contact Anna Stargel; Looks good on resumé for CFD or Special Education .

    • SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8th: Bid Day Brunch (freshmen and the new members ONLY come)
