The application process requires that you specify a description of the position and the required academic and skill backgrounds required of candidates. Details You will be required to pay an application fee to AIESEC to participate in the Exchange Programme. Depending on the country of origin of the trainee and the nature of your requirements from prospective candidates, this process can be facilitated within 2-15 weeks.
