The Broad River Heritage Trail
the natural, cultural, and visual resources of the Broad River. The trail will consist of a natural corridor along the river and a series of anchor sites taking advantage of the corridor's most significant natural and cultural features. It will also provide controlled public access to the river. Restoring and preserving a natural buffer along the river will also have ecological benefits such as enhanced water quality and an established wildlife corridor.
