| Submission Guidelines
The Langston Hughes Review is the official publication
of the Langston
Hughes Society. It is published by the Institute
for African American Studies at the University of Georgia,
Athens, Georgia.
The Review welcomes prose and poetry pertaining
to Langston Hughes specifically, or more generally to
his cultural milieu. As well, it publishes general articles
on literature, culture, and performance, as well as special
topics issues.
Manuscripts submitted for consideration and possible
publication should conform to the MLA Style Manual, 1998,
or Handbook, 1999, in all matters of form. Accepted
articles must be provided on a 3.5" floppy diskette
in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect for Windows. Manuscripts
should be sent to the following address:
