What is the Multicultural Education Database?

The college of education multicultural education database is a collection of bibliographic resources related to multicultural education. The resource consists of a wide variety of documents such as articles, books, book chapters, conference papers, ERIC documents, editorials etc.

How can I use the database?

The database can be used to quickly find information related to multicultural education. Whether looking for curriculum materials, references for research, or information by particular authors, the database is designed to let you quickly identify material. When you enter a search term, the search function looks at the entire database and returns all entries that include that term. You can also use phrases. Boolean search procedures are not available.

How does the database get the information it contains?

The Resources Subcommittee welcomes submissions from faculty, students, and staff. The resource is particularly useful in that you will find the name of the person who submitted the item in order to permit users to contact that person to inquire about the item. We will make periodic requests to update the listing in the database.
