Request EITS Mail Migration Service

Use this form to request the EITS Mail Migration Service for your UGA Unit. The MMS provides a temporary way to forward departmental email addresses to ARCHES or other mail servers. This enables a seamless transition for users, and allows the Unit to stop supporting email services immediately.

Only the registered DNL/TNL (Domain Network Liaison/Technical Network Liaison) for a Unit can request the MMS. Before filling out this form, please read the MMS Policy document and the MMS Technical document as they contain important information. Also, please note that the Unit's head or director must sign a printed copy of the policy document and send it to the EITS Helpdesk before the service begins.

   Your Unit email domain. Ex: If your Unit email addresses look like jdoe@dept.uga.edu, then your email domain is dept.uga.edu.
