Terry College of Business Dean Benjamin C. Ayers delivered UGA’s 37th annual Georgia Economic Outlook in Atlanta this week saying economic growth is forecast to slow substantially in 2020.
UGA will welcome its newest alumni Dec. 13 as 1,799 undergraduates and 1,263 graduate students — a total of 3,062 — have met requirements for the fall Commencement ceremonies.
Taylor Maggiore fell in love with UGA football when she was 6. Now, Maggiore, who is this fall’s student Commencement speaker, is turning that love for football and sports into a career.
Regent Kessel D. Stelling Jr. will deliver the fall undergraduate Commencement address, and Distinguished Professor Libby V. Morris will speak at the graduate ceremony, both on Dec. 13.
